About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential sustainability-focused technology company in Berlin for a Working Student position in Go-To-Market & Partner Management. This role bridges product launch, partner communication, and relationship building in the climate tech sector.
Our client has developed a new product solution for their established partner network. The technical build is complete—now comes strategic market introduction through direct partner conversations. This is not cold calling or quota-driven outreach. You'll be engaging existing relationships who already know the organization but need to understand what's been built for them.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing installation partners to introduce the new product offering, focusing on genuine conversation rather than scripted pitches
- Develop and refine the conversation framework based on real partner feedback and objection patterns you identify
- Serve as a direct feedback loop between partners and the product team, capturing insights that drive product refinement
- Build and maintain relationships with a dedicated partner portfolio, becoming their recognized point of contact
- Document all interactions accurately in HubSpot CRM to enable seamless team collaboration
- Evolve the go-to-market approach based on what you learn from hundreds of partner conversations
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled university student with genuine interest in climate action and sustainability
- Previous practical experience through internships or volunteer work preferred
- Proven ability to persuade or engage people effectively by phone in professional, volunteer, or side-job contexts
- Communication style that is concise and human—able to explain concepts clearly in three sentences rather than ten, without sounding robotic or overly corporate
- Exceptional reliability: committed follow-through is non-negotiable (if you promise a Thursday callback, it happens Thursday)
- Proactive mindset—after fifty conversations, you form opinions on what works and share them without prompting
- Native-level German proficiency essential for engaging trade professionals, including understanding regional dialects and conversational nuances
- Minimum six-month commitment required to develop true competency in partner conversations
