Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential retail organization in their search for a talent development professional. In this role, you will own the full spectrum of modern learning and development initiatives:

• Design, organize, and deliver practical training programs for employees and leadership teams
• Develop and implement contemporary learning and development concepts in both in-person and digital formats
• Create, maintain, and continuously enhance digital learning content and e-learning modules
• Provide consultation and support to employees and managers on all personnel development matters
• Plan and facilitate workshops, development initiatives, and qualification programs
• Administer and evolve learning management systems and HR platforms
• Ensure consistent quality and training standards across the organization
• Contribute to strategic talent development projects and help build a sustainable learning culture

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in personnel development, continuing education, or training delivery
• Proven track record designing and conducting training programs and workshops
• Ideally, knowledge of e-learning tools and digital learning platforms
• Confident presence with strong communication and facilitation skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Genuine passion for developing people and actively supporting organizational change
• Fluency in German required for this role in Ludwigshafen, Rheinland-Pfalz
