Campaign Manager DOOH (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the digital advertising technology sector, seeking a Campaign Manager for Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) to join their team in Hamburg. This is a full-time position where you will manage programmatic DOOH campaigns from planning through reporting, working closely with sales teams and clients to deliver successful advertising outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Review campaign briefs for feasibility, create order confirmations, and book campaigns in internal systems
• Set up and manage programmatic DOOH campaigns via demand-side platforms (DSPs), controlling delivery throughout the entire campaign lifecycle
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team, supporting successful DOOH campaign execution
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate collaboration between sales, marketing, and other stakeholders
• Analyze campaign data, create performance reports, and identify optimization opportunities for future campaigns
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and ensure efficient campaign workflows

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in campaign management, ideally in DOOH or programmatic advertising
• Strong technical knowledge of DOOH/DSP platforms, ad servers, and ideally SSPs and DOOH content management systems
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with campaign data, KPIs, and reporting tools
• Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills for internal and external partnerships
• Structured, detail-oriented work style with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines independently
• Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with AI tools is a plus
• German language proficiency required for this role
