EMEA Solutions Engineer / Sr. Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading enterprise SaaS organization in the governance, risk, and compliance space, is seeking an EMEA Solutions Engineer or Senior Solutions Engineer to join their pre-sales technical team. In this role, you will serve as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, working closely with account executives to help prospective customers understand how our client's platform addresses their specific GRC challenges.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting product demonstrations: Deliver highly effective, tailored demonstrations to prospective customers as part of the sales process
• Leading discovery sessions: Run client workshops to gather data and process information, uncovering current state processes, business challenges, and opportunities for improvement
• Building proof-of-concept applications: Configure the platform's no-code capabilities to create customized demonstrations and POC projects that address specific prospect needs
• Acting as a trusted advisor: Build strong relationships with prospective customers throughout the buying journey, connecting their pain points to solution features
• Creating educational content: Conduct webinars and assist with white papers, blog posts, and other content creation
• Providing product feedback: Represent the voice of prospective customers to the Product team, identifying potential new features and functions
• Ensuring seamless handoffs: Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale
• Owning the technical sales cycle: Take full ownership from first discovery call through to close across your territory

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience within GRC, Cyber Risk, or adjacent fields as a Solutions Engineer, Consultant, or Practitioner
• Proven experience tailoring and conducting software demonstrations or customer-facing presentations
• Genuine curiosity and ability to understand customer problems, then effectively communicate value propositions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Team-oriented mindset focused on winning new business and expanding accounts
• Ability to communicate and collaborate seamlessly across distributed teams
• Flexibility to travel as needed for team offsites, company events, and customer meetings

Nice to have:

• Experience selling, implementing, or administering GRC SaaS platforms
• Active use of generative AI platforms to optimize workflows
• Familiarity with enterprise risk management software solutions
