You'll partner directly with senior leadership to drive new business development, working with banks, wealth managers, and other financial institutions across the DACH region. This position combines consultative selling with deep industry engagement, allowing you to own meaningful client relationships while contributing to the growth of an innovative B2B platform.
Responsibilities

- Take a consultative approach to understanding client needs and develop compelling proposals that address specific business challenges
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions through regular engagement and industry networking
- Create effective sales materials and presentations that clearly communicate value propositions tailored to each prospect
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and transition from sales to delivery
- Contribute to sales process improvement by documenting best practices and sharing insights from client conversations
- Maintain detailed records of pipeline activity, client interactions, and project status across multiple stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role within investments, banking, wealth management, or financial services consulting, preferably in B2B environments
- Exposure to API-based products, infrastructure-as-a-service solutions, or IT projects within investment services is highly valued
- Understanding of securities trading, investment products, or eagerness to develop expertise in B2B sales methodologies such as solution selling
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with the confidence to communicate across different audiences and challenge assumptions when appropriate
- Demonstrated relationship-building and negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and build trust with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on project management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives requiring consistent communication and documentation
- Fluency in German (C2 or native level) is strongly preferred
- Experience selling to banks or wealth managers is a plus
- Existing professional network within the investment industry is beneficial
