About This Role
We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization operating in the software adoption and analytics space. They work with large regulated enterprises to measure and improve technology ROI. Our talent team is searching for a Senior Product Manager based in London to own their application intelligence product line.
You will define the metrics methodology, analytics strategy, and integration roadmap that helps enterprise IT leaders understand where software investments create value and where they create waste. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data science, and executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for application intelligence features including app discovery, usage analytics, and portfolio visibility tools
- Define and defend the methodology behind scoring systems and measurement frameworks used by enterprise CIOs and IT leadership
- Connect behavioural usage data to business outcomes such as cost savings, efficiency gains, and compliance risk
- Design analytics experiences for time-constrained executives that drive action, not passive observation
- Define integration strategy to combine multiple enterprise data sources including asset management systems, license databases, and HR platforms
- Extend analytics capabilities to measure AI adoption, productivity impact, and ROI in emerging technology areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, sales, and customer success
- Conduct customer research to validate hypotheses and observe real-world product usage
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience focused on data or analytics products within a modern product organization
- Proven track record defining a metrics methodology, scoring system, or measurement framework that others have built upon
- Strong analytical reasoning ability—you can explain why one calculation approach produces misleading results while another does not
- Business-first thinking: you start with "what decision are they trying to make?" rather than "what data do we have?"
- Confidence to disagree credibly with senior stakeholders and technically strong colleagues, engaging with their reasoning and changing your position based on evidence
- Ability to hold credible conversations with data engineers and data scientists about what data can and cannot prove
- Enterprise B2B experience required (not B2C product analytics); healthcare sector experience is a strong advantage
- Customer-centric approach: you validate what works by talking to users and observing their workflows
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences (engineers, sales, support, executives)
- Fluent English, spoken and written
