Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food production organization seeking a Team Leader for their loading and dispatch operations. In this role, you will:

• Support quality assurance in implementing quality objectives and policies across the operation
• Ensure compliance with quality management specifications and standards
• Coordinate with technical teams to guarantee the suitability and proper functioning of departmental machinery and equipment
• Conduct spot-check cleaning inspections and visual quality controls
• Schedule, supervise, and direct all team members under your responsibility
• Monitor and enforce workplace safety protocols and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who brings:

• Previous experience in food production environments (preferred)
• Strong computer and IT skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• High degree of personal responsibility and quality awareness
• Resilience and ability to work effectively in team settings
• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and reliability
• Valid forklift operator certification (Staplerschein)

This is a full-time position based in Brenz, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. The role requires on-site presence and shift work flexibility.
