Senior Integration Consultant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mobility technology organization seeking a Senior Integration Consultant to join their team in München. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the strategic architect behind the digital connectivity of major enterprise clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking full architectural ownership of large-scale integration projects, designing resilient, high-volume data exchange ecosystems
• Acting as a strategic advisor to client IT leadership, guiding them through complex decisions regarding API strategies and system decoupling
• Defining and enforcing integration best practices and standards, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple projects
• Serving as the ultimate escalation point for the most critical and complex technical challenges
• Leading and mentoring a team of integration consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation
• Collaborating directly with R&D departments to shape the future of core integration frameworks based on real-world enterprise needs

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with the following qualifications:

• Extensive track record in software architecture and system integration, ideally within the financial or automotive sector
• Mastery of integration patterns such as SOA, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture
• Strong expertise in integration technologies including Java, REST, SOAP, Kafka, and Camel
• Proven experience in technical leadership with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Ability to communicate with authority and clarity to C-level stakeholders
• Fluency in both German and English
• Vision for orchestrating complex IT landscapes and driving innovation in system communication
