About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential online education platform seeking experienced web development coaches to work with students and professionals building careers in web development. This is a flexible, remote coaching role where you'll set your own hours and rates while partnering with our client's team to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Teach core web development skills including frontend development, backend development, responsive design, and web performance optimization
- Guide students through practical, hands-on skill building exercises and projects
- Provide career support including resume review, cover letter guidance, and LinkedIn profile optimization
- Conduct behavioral and technical interview preparation sessions
- Advise on salary negotiation, promotion strategy, and networking approaches
- Support students pursuing freelance web development work
- Host coaching sessions virtually on your own schedule
- Deliver a high-quality, supportive learning experience for every student
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in web development
- Prior coaching or mentoring experience
- Clear, structured approach to breaking down complex technical concepts
- Strong communication skills and ability to teach diverse learners
- Experience with modern web development frameworks and best practices
- Understanding of the web development job market and hiring landscape
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule
