About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential data and AI consulting firm seeking a Data Analytics Manager for their Paris office. This organization operates across multiple continents and specializes in helping enterprises leverage analytics and artificial intelligence to solve complex business challenges across retail, finance, healthcare, and other key sectors.

You'll join a growing analytics practice of approximately 60 professionals, part of a larger technical community focused on dashboarding, analytics engineering, marketing measurement, and data science. This team maintains strong knowledge-sharing practices while working on diverse client engagements, with ambitious growth plans for the coming years.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including consultants, data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver data marketing initiatives
• Develop measurement and analytics solutions that provide visibility across physical and digital customer journeys
• Plan and deliver advanced analytics strategies including e-commerce implementations, third-party tool integrations, and statistical modeling
• Identify and implement statistical analysis techniques that maximize client ROI and exceed performance expectations
• Explore automation opportunities through scripting, tool development, and improved reporting methods
• Serve as internal analytics consultant on significant projects, helping shape optimal solutions
• Take analytics lead roles on new business pitches and proposals
• Define and communicate analytics strategy and roadmaps for the practice
• Champion analytics development internally, to clients, and within the broader marketing community
• Develop best practice documentation and quality assurance processes
• Build the firm's profile and reputation for analytics excellence in the market

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data-driven environments
• Strong expertise in at least one of these domains:
  • Dashboarding & Data Visualization: Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Superset
  • Analytics Engineering: dbt with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks experience
  • Marketing Analytics & Measurement: CDP platforms, MMM, attribution, clean rooms
  • Low-Code/No-Code Data Science: platforms for accessible analytics solutions
• Solid foundation in SQL and Python
• Familiarity with Git and software engineering fundamentals including versioning, testing, and code quality
• Experience working in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
• Fluency in English; French language skills beneficial for the Paris location

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive with the Paris market for this level of analytics leadership role.
