Senior Product Engineer – iOS/Swift

As a Senior Product Engineer specializing in iOS development, you will play a critical role in building mobile banking experiences that directly impact the daily operations of businesses across Europe. This is an opportunity to work on a mature, modern Swift codebase while solving challenging problems at significant scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement critical architectural and user-facing features for a fully Swift-based iOS application serving hundreds of thousands of active users
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive product experiences
• Solve complex technical challenges including real-time data synchronization and state management
• Maintain exceptional code quality through comprehensive unit testing, code reviews, and continuous refactoring
• Contribute to a modular architecture with 35+ independent modules, building new features in SwiftUI with async/await patterns
• Participate in technical design reviews and help drive architectural decisions for the mobile platform
• Use AI-assisted development tools strategically to enhance productivity and code quality

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an iOS engineer with strong Swift expertise and deep knowledge of the iOS ecosystem, SDK, and development lifecycle
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns including MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Coordinator pattern
• Strong commitment to testing practices including unit tests (XCTests), snapshot testing, and mock generation
• Experience with modular architecture and building scalable, maintainable codebases
• Familiarity with modern iOS development including SwiftUI, async/await, and Combine
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile development tooling (GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to engineering challenges
• Strong communication skills in English and experience working effectively in cross-functional teams
• Growth mindset with curiosity about new technologies and best practices

Technical Environment: 100% Swift codebase, MVP and Clean Architecture, SwiftUI for new screens, Coordinator pattern, Tuist for project generation, comprehensive CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Bitrise, 30,000+ unit tests, 450+ snapshot tests

Location: Paris, France (candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to France, Germany, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain)
