We are representing a confidential healthcare services organization seeking a New Patient Appointment Conversion Specialist to join their remote team. This role focuses on converting inbound patient inquiries into scheduled appointments through professional, energetic communication across phone, text, and email channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new patient inquiries via phone, text, and email through a CRM system, ensuring prompt and professional contact with every lead
• Convert inbound leads into scheduled appointments using proven communication processes and structured follow-up systems
• Execute disciplined multi-touch follow-up including multiple call attempts and text outreach to fully pursue every opportunity
• Maintain accurate CRM records including call outcomes, notes, and lead status for proper tracking and reporting
• Provide weekly performance updates summarizing leads received, appointments booked, and follow-up progress
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong performance, attention to detail, and responsiveness
• Follow established scripts and best practices while continuously improving communication effectiveness
• Take full ownership of booking performance to maximize patient access to services

What We're Looking For

• High-energy, outgoing personality with strong relational and communication skills
• Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead conversion
• Strong English communication skills with ability to represent a professional brand
• Hunger to grow within a results-oriented team environment
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time
• Location in Central or Eastern time zones strongly preferred
• Experience or familiarity with chiropractic or healthcare settings is a plus
• Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to manage workload as capacity grows
• Performance targets: 60–70% conversion rate with 75%+ show rate

Pay

This role offers a base salary of $1,500 USD per month plus performance-based incentives including $5 per booked appointment and monthly conversion bonuses ranging from $100 to $1,000 based on performance metrics. Total monthly earning potential ranges from $2,500 to $3,000 USD or more for high performers.
