About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking Data Entry Keyers to support an advanced AI training initiative. This remote contract role offers the chance to apply your data entry and quality assurance expertise to help shape next-generation AI systems. You'll be working through Get A Job.ai's talent team to contribute high-quality evaluation tasks based on real-world data challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design expert-level evaluation tasks that simulate real-world data entry and validation scenarios for AI training purposes
• Construct and curate complex datasets across multiple formats including CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents
• Introduce realistic errors such as malformed records, missing data, and inconsistent formatting to create authentic learning scenarios
• Define correct final states for each task, specifying exact error cases and reconciliation requirements
• Author detailed grading rubrics with 35+ assessment criteria focused on accuracy and completeness in error detection
• Ensure all tasks reflect authentic complexity and standards found in highly regulated or audit-sensitive environments
• Collaborate asynchronously through written and verbal communication to refine evaluation materials

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in data entry, quality assurance, or data validation within regulated or audit-sensitive domains such as healthcare claims, finance back office, or legal operations
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and document high accuracy standards, including measurable error rates and outcomes
• Strong skills in detecting and analyzing data inconsistencies, silent truncations, and formatting irregularities across diverse file types
• Proficient written English with ability to draft complex evaluation tasks and comprehensive grading rubrics
• Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined, process-oriented work style
• Experience with projects requiring high compliance, accuracy, or data integrity standards
• Comfort working independently in remote, distributed environments with proactive communication skills
