About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency that has been delivering results-driven online growth strategies for over 15 years. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can serve as a strategic advisor to diverse client portfolios across legal, medical, and B2B sectors throughout the United States.
This is a remote position requiring availability during core business hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic leader and primary point of contact for a client portfolio from onboarding through long-term growth
- Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid media, local search, and analytics
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to identify trends and address challenges
- Present high-level recommendations and reports that translate marketing data into clear business outcomes
- Collaborate with internal digital marketing specialists to ensure campaign execution remains aligned with client business goals
- Proactively identify new opportunities for service expansion or strategic pivots to maximize client ROI
- Foster long-term, trust-based relationships by acting as a consultant rather than just a task manager
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of client-facing experience at a digital marketing agency, specifically managing account strategy and performance
- Proven ability to develop and present digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
- Working knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, including GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, SEMrush, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and WordPress
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn technical data into a compelling narrative for clients
- Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to explain complex concepts in simple, actionable terms
- Precise organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work during core business hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients in healthcare or other highly regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization or reporting software
