Responsibilities

As Marketing Program Manager, you will champion operational frameworks within the marketing department and ensure seamless execution across projects and cross-functional initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple marketing initiatives from planning through launch
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, growth, creative, technology, and operations
• Support team structure and governance aligned with project management methodologies
• Facilitate regular project reviews and planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress
• Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and rituals including OKRs and KPIs
• Monitor and report on project and team performance, ensuring quality deliverables
• Drive actionable communication and ensure high-quality output across all projects

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience, particularly in fast-paced digital marketing environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies including Agile, OKRs, and KPIs
• Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in tools like Asana, Confluence, and Slack
• Excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to navigate ambiguity and make smart decisions under pressure
• Experience working with remote and international teams is a plus
• Familiarity with beauty, wellness, or consumer digital spaces is a bonus
