We are representing a confidential technology client seeking experienced Computer User Support Specialists for a remote contract engagement. This unique project allows you to leverage your IT support expertise to contribute to advanced AI training initiatives. Your troubleshooting knowledge and documentation skills will help shape how next-generation systems learn and perform—no AI background required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues ranging from routine to complex scenarios
• Provide technical guidance on OS support across Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments
• Troubleshoot network connectivity challenges including TCP/IP, VPNs, and DNS-related concerns
• Document troubleshooting processes, solutions, and user interactions clearly within ticket management systems
• Deliver detailed technical insights that enhance support workflows and contribute to training data quality
• Communicate technical concepts effectively through written and verbal channels in an asynchronous work environment
• Identify recurring support patterns and recommend process improvements to the project team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of proven Tier 2/3 IT support experience
• Expertise diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across multiple platforms
• Strong command of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPNs, and DNS troubleshooting
• Proficiency with ticket management systems and demonstrated commitment to thorough documentation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts in user-friendly terms
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL are highly valued
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality technical input
