We are representing a confidential digital manufacturing client in their search for an Account Executive II. This role focuses on converting high-volume inbound leads into long-term customer relationships while managing an existing portfolio. You'll guide buyers through the sales process, helping them select the right manufacturing solutions for their prototyping and production needs.

This is a remote position based in the USA, offering significant growth potential within a fast-paced technology organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound sales leads into loyal customer accounts
  • Build relationships with customers by projecting trust, service, and honesty while identifying strategic long-term partnership opportunities
  • Develop business with both existing customers and new inbound prospects
  • Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue objectives, drive profitable growth, and improve market positioning
  • Guide customers in selecting appropriate manufacturing technologies for their development projects
  • Serve as the primary contact for new prototyping and low-volume production projects
  • Collaborate with sales engineering teams to develop customized quotes based on specific customer requirements
  • Deliver technical presentations at customer seminars and industry events
  • Track and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer developments

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role
  • Proven success in a high-volume inbound sales environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and web conferencing platforms (Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeeting)
  • CRM experience required (Salesforce or similar systems)
  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
  • High energy and positive attitude with the ability to confidently engage customers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required

Pay

The estimated base salary range for this position is $54,000-$70,000 annually plus commission, depending on skills, experience, and location.
