Support Coordinators

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential language technology organization seeking two Payment Support Coordinators for a short-term contract engagement. Our client operates a global network of linguists and needs immediate support to resolve a payment processing backlog while restoring reliable service to their international contributor base.

This is a high-impact, operational role where you'll work directly on payment queues, investigating and resolving issues across multiple systems. You'll collaborate with existing coordinators and escalate complex cases to finance and engineering teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to incoming payment support tickets, prioritizing by urgency and issue type
• Investigate payment failures, discrepancies, and delays across multiple platforms including payment processors
• Resolve common issues such as profile corrections, authentication resets, banking detail mismatches, and manual payment logging
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with global linguists to gather information and provide timely updates
• Escalate technical platform issues and rate discrepancies to appropriate internal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to weekly reporting on queue volume and service level performance

What We're Looking For

• Experience in payments, finance operations, or customer/vendor support roles
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously (ticketing platforms, CRM tools, payment systems)
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills for handling complex payment disputes
• Able to work independently, manage high-volume workloads, and recognize when to escalate issues
• Experience with international payment platforms is strongly preferred
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a bonus given the global nature of the work
