Responsibilities
- Develop core AI platform capabilities and contribute to technical excellence across the engineering organization
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to implement new features and platform capabilities
- Ensure platform quality and reliability through comprehensive testing and CI/CD practices
- Work closely with senior engineering leadership while contributing to a culture of continuous learning
- Partner with product and design teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements
- Stay current with emerging AI and software engineering technologies and practices
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field (First Class degree preferred)
- 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience (internships and project work valued)
- Strong interest in AI and machine learning technologies
- Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, and other programming languages
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP experience a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Experience delivering products in collaborative, fast-paced environments is beneficial
