About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential ticketing platform client based in Berlin. They are seeking a working student (Werkstudent:in) to join their marketing and communications team for 20 hours per week in a hybrid role.

Our client operates with modern organizational principles, emphasizing autonomy, ownership, and space for your own ideas. As a working student, you'll actively contribute to marketing projects and help shape how the platform continues to grow across European markets.

Responsibilities

• Create content for the website and social media channels from concept through execution
• Support planning and implementation of marketing projects, taking ownership of smaller projects
• Manage social media community engagement, interact with users, and respond to inquiries
• Monitor social media trends and developments, contributing ideas for new content and formats
• Provide flexible support across different areas of the marketing team as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student available for 20 hours per week
• Interest in marketing, communications, and social media with desire to gain practical experience
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style with willingness to take responsibility
• Strong sense for content, language, and different target audiences
• Familiarity with common social media platforms and enthusiasm for testing new trends and formats
• Team player who contributes own ideas and is open to learning
• German language skills at C1 level minimum (written and spoken)
