About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential Berlin-based out-of-home advertising and experiential marketing agency. Our client specializes in bringing creative campaigns to life through classic and digital outdoor media, large-format installations, unconventional guerrilla actions, and custom builds across Germany and internationally.

Our talent team is searching for a Senior Media Consultant and Planner to lead innovative campaigns for national and international clients. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on turning ambitious ideas into reality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan innovative campaign concepts for national and international clients
• Lead and motivate project teams through the full campaign lifecycle
• Own budget responsibility for campaign development and execution
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, acting as a problem-solver and customer-focused partner
• Consult clients on cross-media product offerings including murals, poster advertising, street promotions, and roadshows to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Create and deliver compelling presentations that win client confidence using strong visualization and presentation skills
• Ensure timely and smooth delivery of all projects under your supervision
• Coordinate internal project teams and external vendors across planning functions

What We're Looking For

• Completed relevant degree or vocational training in marketing, media, or related field
• 3–4 years of professional experience in advertising, media planning, or a related industry
• Proven organizational talent with the ability to prioritize tasks independently and maintain overview through structured work methods
• Team leadership experience and collaborative spirit
• Responsible, engaged, and hands-on approach to work
• Composure and positive attitude during high-pressure periods
• Strong social skills and high service orientation
• Empathetic and confident communication style with clients and external partners at all seniority levels
• Attention to detail and sense of humor
• Native-level German and very strong written and spoken English
