About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential food innovation client in Hamburg seeking a Working Student Brand Ambassador to bring their premium plant-based products directly to consumers. This role is perfect for an outgoing student who thrives on face-to-face engagement and can independently manage product sampling events across the city.

You'll plan and execute tastings at supermarkets, festivals, and trade fairs, while also taking a sampling bike to high-traffic locations throughout Hamburg. This is a hands-on role where you'll create memorable brand experiences and gather valuable customer feedback that shapes product development.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate product tastings with supermarkets, festivals, and trade fairs independently
  • Execute tastings end-to-end: set up stands, engage with customers, break down equipment, and ensure all materials are clean and ready for next use
  • Operate a sampling bike at high-traffic spots across Hamburg to create mobile brand experiences
  • Track customer reactions and feedback, sharing insights with the marketing team to refine messaging and product positioning
  • Represent our client's brand with enthusiasm and product knowledge in all consumer-facing interactions

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled at a university in any field of study
  • German language proficiency at C1 level or above
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or above
  • Natural ability to approach strangers and start engaging conversations
  • Self-starter mindset: you plan, coordinate, and execute without needing step-by-step guidance
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Comfortable with physical work including carrying equipment, standing for extended periods, and cycling with product samples
  • Availability to work occasional weekends when events require it
  • Previous experience as a promoter or in event sampling is a plus but not required
  • Genuine interest in sustainable food products and mission-driven organizations
