SEA Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency based in Aschaffenburg, Germany. Our client is a data-driven team focused on search advertising excellence and strategic performance marketing. They work with ambitious e-commerce and category-leading brands, managing significant advertising budgets with a focus on scalable, measurable results.

As SEA Manager, you'll work closely with 2–3 select clients rather than juggling dozens of accounts. You'll operate at a strategic level, managing campaigns with substantial budgets (often six to seven figures) and driving real business impact through Google Ads and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advise existing and new clients with high-value advertising budgets, maintaining proactive and transparent communication
• Execute and optimize campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, with primary focus on Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance continuously, testing new ad formats and targeting opportunities
• Develop ongoing optimization strategies to improve campaign efficiency and ROAS
• Create comprehensive performance reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and related tools
• Identify growth opportunities and hidden performance levers within client accounts
• Ensure proper tracking implementation and data accuracy across campaigns

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in search engine advertising (SEA)
• Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets
• Hands-on mentality with quick learning ability
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Fluent German and English language skills (negotiation-level proficiency)
• Strategic mindset combined with operational excellence
• Comfort working with data and performance metrics

Location & Work Arrangement

This position is based in Aschaffenburg, Germany, with flexible working arrangements and no mandatory onsite days. The office features modern amenities including fitness and recreation facilities.
