Senior Technical Project Manager – Token Factory

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cloud infrastructure organization in their search for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their AI platform team in London. Our client is building advanced GPU-orchestrated systems that support the full lifecycle of AI model development and deployment.

In this role, you will coordinate complex cross-functional projects spanning infrastructure delivery, regional expansions, AI model onboarding pipelines, and platform-wide engineering improvements. You will work at the intersection of multiple technical teams, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring ambitious technical initiatives are delivered predictably and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and capacity delivery projects, including new region deployments, capacity expansion initiatives, and maintenance framework improvements
• Coordinate end-to-end model onboarding and production delivery, from infrastructure readiness through to customer availability
• Build and maintain comprehensive execution plans, identifying risks early and resolving blockers before they impact delivery timelines
• Collaborate closely with engineering managers, technical leads, product managers, SRE teams, infrastructure, networking, security, and other platform teams
• Facilitate technical decision-making processes and ensure clear ownership and accountability across complex cross-team projects
• Continuously improve engineering delivery processes to increase predictability while maintaining sustainable engineering velocity
• Lead incident coordination efforts, facilitate critical discussions, document key decisions, and drive follow-up actions to completion

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Excellent project management and delivery skills with proven ability to break down ambiguous initiatives into executable plans
• Strong capability to identify critical paths, manage complex dependency graphs, and coordinate multiple parallel workstreams
• Advanced risk management and prioritization skills, with demonstrated ability to make progress in fast-changing environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfort leading incident coordination, facilitating technical discussions, documenting decisions, and driving follow-up actions
• Strong technical background enabling you to understand engineering discussions, infrastructure dependencies, and architectural trade-offs without being the primary implementer

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with GPU infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or large-scale inference systems
• Experience delivering cloud infrastructure or data center deployment projects
• Familiarity with capacity planning, production operations, and reliability engineering
• Previous experience in high-growth infrastructure or platform engineering organizations where priorities change quickly and execution speed matters
