Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in Mainz seeking a Marketing Working Student to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will support a variety of marketing activities and gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines including marketing communications, marketing technology, and paid media.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Content & Editorial: Support the creation, editing, and optimization of audience-appropriate content for websites, brochures, and social media; contribute to topic research and editorial planning
- Graphics & Design: Design and adapt marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital advertising materials while bringing your creative ideas to the table
- Marketing Support: Assist our marketing team with operational and organizational tasks across various disciplines including MarCom, MarTech, and Paid Media
- Events & Trade Shows: Support the planning, preparation, and execution of trade shows, events, and internal functions; provide on-site assistance during implementation
- Performance & Analysis: Help evaluate content and marketing initiatives, interpret results, and identify optimization opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Graphic Design, or a comparable field
- Initial experience in writing and editing texts with excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of design and content tools such as Canva, Visme, or Photoshop; experience with CMS systems is a plus
- Structured, reliable, and meticulous working style with enthusiasm for supporting diverse tasks across different marketing areas
- Creativity, self-initiative, and a strong sense for audience-appropriate communication
- Enjoyment of teamwork and willingness to roll up your sleeves and explore new topics
- Motivation to develop professionally, try new things, and gradually take on more responsibility
