Praktikant (all genders) Datamanagement – Fokus Social Selling

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential incentive marketing organization based in München that is seeking an intern to support data-driven sales expansion and lead generation activities starting February 2027.

In this role, you will:

• Manage targeted outreach to potential contacts through social selling channels, working with defined lead quotas
• Maintain, update, and ensure quality of contact data within the CRM system on a daily basis
• Track activities such as job changes and other touchpoints independently
• Research and create new company and contact records to support cold outreach campaigns
• Generate ad hoc leads for various occasions, contributing to the quality of marketing initiatives
• Work with prioritized data lists and ensure structured utilization of contact databases

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates who bring:

• Desire to gain practical experience in marketing, sales, or data management
• Structured and careful working style, especially when handling data
• First experience with CRM systems or data maintenance is advantageous but not required
• Strong communication skills and comfort actively reaching out to potential contacts
• Excellent German language proficiency, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking
• Initiative and reliability as core working principles
• Technical interest and affinity, with confident use of MS Office applications
