Key Account Manager – B2B (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Key Account Manager for their B2B division in Berlin. In this role, you will:

• Acquire, manage, and develop business customers in the trades sector, handling both operational and strategic account management
• Identify new business opportunities, provide solution-oriented consultation, and build long-term partnerships
• Create customized proposals, conduct price and contract negotiations, and guide the entire sales process through to successful closure
• Analyze customer needs, recognize optimization potential, and develop tailored solutions from the available product and service portfolio
• Work proactively with business customers using modern CRM and shop systems
• Collaborate closely with procurement, operations, and customer success teams to ensure the best possible customer experience
• Contribute actively to the growth of the sales team within a rapidly scaling organization

What We're Looking For

• A communicative, personable, and persuasive personality with strong customer orientation
• Ideally, experience in B2B sales or key account management
• Confidence in conducting negotiations and genuine enthusiasm for building sustainable customer relationships
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• High self-motivation and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge in photovoltaics, heat pumps, electrical engineering, or wholesale is a plus but not required
• German language proficiency required for this role
