B2B Sales Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy company seeking a B2B Sales Manager to join their team in Berlin. In this role, you will:

• Independently acquire, support, and develop business customers, with a focus on trade and craft sector clients
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships through consultative selling
• Create customized proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and manage the complete sales cycle to close
• Analyze customer needs, identify optimization potential, and develop tailored solutions from the product and service portfolio
• Utilize modern CRM and shop systems to manage customer relationships proactively
• Collaborate closely with procurement, operations, and customer success teams to ensure excellent customer experience
• Actively contribute to sales team growth and overall business development

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicator with a personable, persuasive personality and excellent customer orientation
• Ideally, experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management
• Confident negotiation skills and genuine enthusiasm for building sustainable customer relationships
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• High self-motivation and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, electrical engineering, or wholesale is a plus but not required
• Fluency in German required for this position
