Werkstudent – IT Projektmanagement ERP Software (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential ERP software organization in Regensburg. We are seeking a working student to support IT project management during a major period of client migrations from legacy systems to newly developed platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting digitalization projects at client sites
• Conducting user training sessions and workshops as needed
• Writing and adapting database scripts for data migration
• Installing and configuring software products at client locations
• Resolving user inquiries and technical questions
• Assisting with software development and enhancement initiatives
• Performing thorough software testing to identify and document issues

Medium-term development opportunities include advancement to project manager roles with significant autonomy and key account management responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be currently enrolled in university studies or hold completed vocational training in digitalization management, IT business administration, or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, strong self-taught IT knowledge with demonstrated business IT experience is valued.

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with MSSQL database-based software applications, including installation, configuration, and administration
• Ability to write and modify database scripts for data migration tasks
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail in identifying software issues
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt technical explanations to users of varying IT proficiency levels
• Independence and initiative in problem-solving with end users
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate user workflows and propose alternative solutions

Preferred experience:

• Background in forklift or construction equipment industries
• Prior ERP software experience
