About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential legal technology organization in their search for a Workplace Experience Manager in London. Our client is a well-funded company transforming how real estate legal work gets done, trusted by major law firms and corporate clients across the UK and US.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can elevate workplace culture through exceptional office operations, memorable events, and thoughtful attention to detail. You'll report to the Head of Operations and be based in the London office five days per week.
Responsibilities
You will own the complete workplace experience for our client's London office, ensuring every in-person moment reinforces their culture and values.
- Continuously assess and improve the office environment, refining layout, flow, and details that enhance how teams work together
- Play a central role in shaping the new London office space to support collaboration and productivity
- Design and deliver the full events calendar, from weekly team lunches to summer parties, All Hands meetings, and company off-sites
- Develop event concepts and briefs, manage vendor relationships and budgets, and create communication plans that drive engagement
- Maintain flawless day-to-day operations including office supplies, vendor coordination, health and safety essentials, AV and meeting room setup
- Manage desk booking software and meeting room scheduling to prevent friction and optimize space utilization
- Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for candidates during interview days and new joiners on their first day
- Coordinate interview logistics, prepare welcome communications, arrange travel for onboarding, and lead office inductions alongside IT
- Communicate office initiatives clearly and consistently to ensure teams are informed and excited about in-person activities
- Collaborate with the US office team to standardize global workplace experience across locations
