About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential medical technology organization seeking a talented Content Creator to join their Advanced Imaging division. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare innovation and strategic storytelling, where you'll help translate cutting-edge imaging technologies into compelling narratives that resonate with clinical and commercial audiences.

Reporting to the Head of Creative & Storytelling, you'll develop content that drives measurable business impact while maintaining brand consistency across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints. This position offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-level healthcare campaigns while leveraging emerging AI technologies as creative accelerators in your workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide high-quality content across campaigns, digital assets, event materials, video scripts, social content, presentations, and sales enablement materials
• Write and edit messaging for campaign concepts that translate complex healthcare solutions into clear, audience-specific content
• Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, and Corporate Communications teams to build integrated campaign strategies
• Guide content architecture across the customer journey from awareness through advocacy
• Ensure messaging reflects customer insights, business priorities, and clinical relevance
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, agencies, and production teams to maintain creative quality
• Conduct creative reviews and maintain consistency across global campaigns
• Serve as a trusted creative advisor to business stakeholders across matrixed organizations
• Stay current on healthcare marketing trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices
• Evaluate creative performance and recommend improvements based on data and customer feedback

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, content development, or integrated marketing
• Demonstrated experience contributing to enterprise-level creative campaigns
• Exceptional storytelling, messaging, writing, and editing skills
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, branding, customer experience, and campaign development
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority across matrixed organizations
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
• Experience working within an internal creative agency or integrated marketing organization
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and collaborative creative workflows
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements

Pay

This is a full-time position based in the United States. Our client does not sponsor employment visas for this role. The position includes a competitive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Performance-based incentive compensation may also be available.
