About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential global clinical research organization seeking experienced Clinical Research Associate II professionals to join their specialized biotech division in the Netherlands. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with small and medium-sized biotech sponsors, helping advance innovative treatments through rigorous clinical trial management.
Our client's biotech division operates with the agility of a mid-sized biopharma company, providing tailored support and dedicated partnerships to ensure successful clinical trial delivery across multiple therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities
- Independently monitor Phase I–III clinical trials to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
- Manage clinical studies in the Netherlands for biotech sponsors across various therapeutic areas
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Manage study documentation, regulatory submissions, and ethics/IRB approvals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site staff to ensure high-quality data collection and patient safety
- Ensure study cost efficiency and facilitate timely issue resolution
- Travel nationally across the Netherlands as required to support clinical sites
What We're Looking For
- Life science degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with clinical trial systems and tools
- Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Valid driver's license required
- Willingness to travel across the Netherlands
- Legal right to work in the Netherlands
