Operations Manager, Offer Operations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in Paris who is building AI-powered consumer technology at scale. Our talent team is searching for an Operations Manager to own critical processes that ensure millions of transactions are tracked, validated, and rewarded correctly. This is a high-impact, data-driven role at the intersection of operations, technology, and process design.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will own end-to-end operational processes that determine whether users receive the value they expect from the platform. Your work will span four core areas:

• Data analysis: Build and maintain dashboards that monitor system health, track transaction accuracy, identify silent failures, and surface user experience issues before they escalate.
• Process design: Define how merchant integrations are structured—setting parameters for offers, determining qualification criteria, and establishing connection protocols. You will create playbooks where none exist.
• Technology-driven problem solving: Investigate failures (mismatched transactions, non-performing offers, tracking gaps), diagnose root causes, and implement solutions using AI automation, internal tool improvements, or human-in-the-loop workflows as appropriate.
• Outsourced team management: Brief, train, and quality-check external team members who help scale operations, while prioritizing workstreams and ensuring output quality.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams on structural fixes, and with commercial teams on merchant relationship issues.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Product, or technical/data-driven environments
• AI-native approach: you actively use AI tools to automate repetitive work and accelerate execution—not as theory, but in daily practice
• Systems thinking: you naturally build monitoring, detection, investigation, resolution, and prevention frameworks; you anticipate failure points and design safeguards
• Technical comfort: you can navigate APIs, tracking systems, and integrations, and communicate effectively with Engineering teams
• Strong analytical skills: you make decisions based on metrics, investigate anomalies in data, and are comfortable working in dashboards and datasets
• Exceptional attention to detail: you catch errors and inconsistencies others miss
• Clear communication: you defend decisions confidently with demanding stakeholders, including external partners and managed teams
• Top-tier engineering or business school background preferred; international experience and dual degrees are a plus
• Fluent English required; French not required
