About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential client seeking a Data Entry Specialist to manage high-volume business data across CRM systems and operational tools. This is a full-time, remote position working U.S. business hours from Mexico.

Responsibilities
- Enter and update records across CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
- Cross-check data against contracts, invoices, customer records, and internal documentation to ensure accuracy
- Identify and correct duplicate entries, missing information, incorrect records, and formatting inconsistencies
- Clean and standardize datasets using filters, pivot tables, formulas, and sorting tools
- Maintain organized digital records across cloud storage platforms with proper naming conventions and version control
- Generate daily and weekly operational reports including data update logs, audit summaries, and transaction tracking
- Support cross-functional teams across sales, finance, HR, and operations with data requests
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data handling standards aligned with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and internal procedures
- Identify recurring data quality issues and suggest process improvements to reduce manual errors
What We're Looking For
Required Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical operations, or data management roles
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (≥98% accuracy required)
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during U.S. business hours

- Comfortable managing repetitive, high-volume tasks
- Strong sense of ownership over data quality
