About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for an Implementation Analyst based in London (Shoreditch). This role sits at the intersection of training, customer success, and product adoption within the NHS digital health space.
You'll be responsible for ensuring healthcare professionals feel confident and capable when using digital communication and workflow tools. This is a customer-facing position where your ability to engage, educate, and build relationships will directly impact adoption rates across NHS settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions for NHS users both online and in-person across the UK, ranging from 30 to 300 attendees per session
- Demonstrate the full functionality of digital health products to clinical and administrative staff
- Stay current on product updates and new features to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant
- Design, build, and test new training materials and formats to improve user onboarding experiences
- Leverage data, automation, and AI tools to streamline training processes and improve efficiency
- Contribute to a 'right first time' implementation approach that prioritizes user confidence and adoption
- Identify issues in the onboarding process and proactively participate in solutions

Pay
Pay via Get A Job.ai: £32,000 - £45,000
Our client also offers equity/share options and a comprehensive benefits package including flexible healthcare cover, pension options, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced parental leave, and on-site meals.
