Senior Global Controller

We are representing a confidential premium outdoor living brand in their search for a Senior Global Controller based in Fulda, Germany. Our client is experiencing significant international growth across multiple continents and needs a financially astute professional to help build robust controlling processes and strategic insights during this exciting expansion phase.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of financial analysis, process optimization, and strategic planning within a design-focused organization that values precision and analytical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for a multi-market operation
• Participate actively in budgeting and forecasting processes that inform strategic business decisions
• Perform variance analysis, KPI reporting, and ad-hoc financial evaluations to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain and continuously enhance controlling processes, tools, and standardized reporting structures
• Assist with liquidity planning and cash-flow forecasting in a high-growth, scaling environment
• Contribute to the development of financial clarity across international operations

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or relevant advanced training in accounting/controlling
• At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling or finance roles
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HGB or IFRS accounting standards is advantageous
• Experience working with Lucanet controlling software
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working in international, fast-paced environments
• Professional fluency in German and English
