We are representing a confidential GRC SaaS organization in their search for a Senior Product Manager focused on IT and Cyber Risk. In this role, you will own one of the most strategic product areas within a global enterprise platform, defining how organizations identify, assess, and act on cyber risk.
You will set and drive the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for IT and Cyber Risk capabilities. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and senior leaders to build AI-native features that automate risk detection, prioritization, and reporting. Your work will have high executive visibility and direct impact on how customers manage governance, risk, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for IT and Cyber Risk, aligning to company objectives and broader platform direction
- Designing and delivering AI-powered features using LLMs, agents, and ML models that automate risk identification, assessment, and reporting for enterprise security and risk teams
- Partnering with engineering, data science, and design to define technical approaches, ship high-quality releases across web, mobile, and API, and iterate using product analytics
- Developing deep market and customer insight by engaging regularly with CISOs, security leaders, and risk managers, and turning those insights into clear product bets
- Defining, tracking, and communicating product KPIs, AI performance metrics, and north star outcomes to senior stakeholders, including business cases for major investments
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing to ensure successful launches and adoption of new IT and Cyber Risk capabilities
What We're Looking For
Essential qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including significant time building SaaS products
- Proven track record of owning and delivering complex B2B product roadmaps end-to-end
- Deep domain experience in IT risk, cyber risk, or information security, working closely with CISOs, security, or risk functions
- Hands-on experience shaping or building AI-powered product features (for example using LLMs, agents, or ML models) and understanding how they work in practice
- Confidence partnering with engineering and data science on technical design trade-offs and feasibility
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence senior, cross-functional teams
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable using product analytics, experimentation, and OKRs to make decisions and measure impact
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in governance, risk and compliance (GRC), compliance, or enterprise risk environments
- Background working in agile product delivery (such as Scrum), and/or formal product or agile certifications
- Familiarity with cyber regulations and standards, and how they shape enterprise risk and security programs
This is a hybrid position based in London. If you are within commuting distance to the London office, you will be expected to work onsite at least 50% of the time.
