About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential enterprise AI organization in their search for a Lead Product Manager based in London, UK. Our client is a rapidly growing platform company serving global enterprise customers, and they need an experienced product leader who can drive ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and product surfaces.

This role reports directly to the VP of Product and operates at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll shape product direction in areas where generative AI is transforming enterprise workflows, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that customers genuinely love.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive complex product initiatives end-to-end across discovery, definition, launch, adoption, and iteration—often spanning multiple squads and product areas
  • Shape product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps in partnership with product leadership, translating company objectives into clear, sequenced initiatives
  • Engage directly with enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to uncover unmet needs, validate problem-solution fit, and champion customer insights throughout the organization
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to define requirements and navigate technical tradeoffs, bringing fluency to discussions about LLMs, AI agents, platform architecture, and data systems
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership through clear, audience-appropriate communication
  • Define and own success metrics, using quantitative data and qualitative insights to measure impact, adjust course, and communicate outcomes to leadership
  • Mentor and coach other product managers, modeling best practices and strengthening a culture of customer obsession, rigor, and velocity

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping complex, high-impact products in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML environments
  • Senior- or staff-level experience operating autonomously in ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces and influencing outcomes beyond your immediate team
  • Deep customer obsession—you instinctively engage with customers, synthesize signal from noise, and design from real understanding of workflows and pain points
  • Technical credibility to engage meaningfully with engineers on system design, LLM capabilities, data architecture, and platform considerations
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with relentless execution—capable of setting compelling vision while managing detailed release planning
  • Exceptional communication skills tailored for any audience, from engineers to executives, driving alignment without relying on formal authority
  • Mentor's instinct with a data-informed, outcome-driven mindset and the ability to move quickly in fast-paced environments

Preferred experience:

  • Building products powered by LLMs, generative AI, or large-scale AI/ML systems
  • Enterprise software, developer platforms, or developer-facing products
  • AI governance, guardrails, and operational considerations for deploying AI in regulated or high-stakes environments
