Als Teamleiter Qualitätssicherung Kfz / Fahrzeugprüfung (m/w/d) stellst du sicher, dass Fahrzeugberichte, Auktionsprozesse und Datenqualität den höchsten Standards entsprechen.
Standort: Berlin Schöneberg – hybrid mit 3 Tagen Office und 2 Tagen Homeoffice.
Responsibilities
- Sicherstellung der Erreichung von Teamzielen und KPIs – Genauigkeit, Effizienz und Einhaltung von Timelines
- Überprüfung der Arbeitsergebnisse des Teams (Berichte, Datenpflege, Auktionsanpassungen) auf Qualität und Standardeinhaltung
- Fachliche und operative Leitung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere bei komplexen oder kritischen Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Lösung von Prozessproblemen und Entwicklung neuer Prozesse wo erforderlich
- Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Rahmen von OKR-Frameworks
- Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen, Priorisierung von Aufgaben und Sicherstellung strukturierter Abläufe
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit dem Team, Vermittlung von Updates, Best Practices und Feedback
What we're looking for
- Erfahrung in disziplinarischer Teamleitung oder fundierte Vorstellung von disziplinarischer Führung
- Fähigkeit, Teammitglieder zu motivieren, zu fördern und klare Ziele zu setzen
- Hohes Ownership: proaktive Lösungsfindung bei Prozessproblemen und teamübergreifendes Denken
- Hohe Eigenständigkeit und Verlässlichkeit bei der Steuerung von Prozessen
- Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise im Bereich Fahrzeuge oder Auktionen
- Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsgeschick mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen und schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Systeme
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1), Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
- Von Vorteil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Kfz-Bereich (z. B. als Kfz-Mechaniker, Kfz-Mechatroniker) oder ausgeprägtes privates Interesse an Fahrzeugen mit Bereitschaft zur intensiven Einarbeitung in Fahrzeugbewertung und Qualitätsprüfung
