About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology client in their search for a Solutions Architect to join their Customer Solutions Team in London. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in office.

As a Solutions Architect, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, partnering directly with customers to demonstrate value and ensure their needs shape product development. You'll work at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, delivering exceptional pre-sales experiences and driving customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to identify and address customer requirements
  • Deliver compelling pre-sales presentations that articulate technical value and capabilities
  • Conduct solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions tailored to customer needs
  • Design and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase product capabilities
  • Manage RFP responses and address customer security questions, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to represent customer voice and feedback in product planning
  • Build trusted relationships with customers through empathetic, curious problem-solving
  • Contribute to process improvement and development of Solutions Engineering best practices
  • Ensure ongoing customer success by proactively addressing challenges

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical pre-sales roles, managing C-Level technical and business relationships
  • Strong technical acumen with proven ability to conduct technical discovery and deliver high-impact presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently while thriving in collaborative environments
  • Excellent time management skills in dynamic team settings
  • Track record of quickly identifying and communicating value propositions throughout sales cycles
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into tailored solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product direction
  • Familiarity managing POCs, RFPs, and addressing complex security questions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy-driven approach
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
  • Collaborative mindset with dedication to team and company success
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
