Werkstudent (m/w/d) Marketing & Kommunikation

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization in Hamburg that requires a working student (m/w/d) for marketing and communication support, up to 20 hours per week.

In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategy:

• Prepare complex topics from secure communication, IT, and critical infrastructure for various target audiences in an understandable manner
• Research relevant organizations, potential partners, events, and contacts, particularly within government and security sectors
• Maintain contacts and accounts, document information, and reliably track status and next steps
• Create drafts for website and LinkedIn content, presentations, event materials, and other communication assets
• Support preparation, execution, and follow-up of industry events, workshops, and client meetings
• Evaluate information and feedback to prepare actionable recommendations for marketing
• Assist with day-to-day operations including research, copywriting, coordination, and presentations
• Utilize modern AI and digital tools for research, structuring, and content preparation while critically reviewing results

What We're Looking For

• Enrolled as a full-time student for at least one more year; current enrollment certificate required
• Studying marketing, communication, business administration, business informatics, media, public management, or comparable field; initial experience in marketing and event management preferred
• Interest in marketing with enthusiasm for understanding and communicating technical products and services
• Ability to learn about technical, security-relevant, and governmental topics
• Structured, independent, and reliable work style with clean documentation and task completion
• Thorough research skills, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency
• Strong command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Interest in current AI applications and willingness to explore new tools with a critical perspective

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process based on your experience and the client's budget for this student position.
