About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital consultancy seeking a Product Designer to join their Glasgow team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely three days per week, with two days connecting with colleagues in the office.
Our client specializes in technology-driven transformation, working with ambitious organizations to solve complex business and customer challenges through intelligent digital products and services.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of interaction design at the feature level, mapping out user flows including happy paths, edge cases, and error states
- Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) and champion inclusive design practices throughout the design process
- Build low-fidelity and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Framer, or Bolt
- Document interaction expectations clearly for development teams
- Design responsive interfaces aligned to existing design systems
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate user tests with clear hypotheses and success criteria
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including developers, business analysts, copywriters, and testers
What We're Looking For
- Strong UI/UX design experience delivering website refreshes, content migration projects, and scalable digital experiences
- Proven experience designing templates and reusable components within design systems
- Understanding of Content Management System platforms and front-end technical constraints
- Strong foundation in inclusive design and accessibility standards
- Experience planning and conducting user research to validate design decisions
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, and Bolt
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to work on complex user flows covering multiple scenarios and states
