We are representing a leading digital technology consultancy in their search for a Mid-Level Product Manager to join their team in Dundee, Scotland. Our client operates at the intersection of strategy, design, and delivery, helping organizations navigate complex digital transformation challenges. This role offers a hybrid working model with two days per week in the office.

As Product Manager, you will take ownership of digital workstreams, collaborating with engineering, design, and delivery teams to create impactful solutions. You'll join a supportive community of practice with dedicated mentorship and clear career development pathways from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and direction for product features, defining scope using data and user insights to understand market landscape
  • Lead collaborative discovery work alongside design and technical leads to transform complex challenges into actionable user stories
  • Manage product backlog and roadmap, balancing user needs, business goals, and delivery effort to maintain prioritization
  • Establish metrics and run experiments to guide evidence-based decisions rooted in real user behavior
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, communicating progress and risks transparently
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with researchers, designers, and engineers to deliver meaningful outcomes
  • Participate in internal community sessions and continuous learning initiatives to develop your craft

What We're Looking For

  • Background in product management or digital product delivery with strong skills in user story creation and backlog management
  • Familiarity with agile principles and prioritization techniques such as MoSCoW or RICE
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to unite multidisciplinary teams
  • Curiosity for metrics, testing hypotheses, and using data to inform product decisions
  • Proactive, self-directed approach to learning with confidence to ask questions and take ownership
  • Experience in regulated sectors (healthcare, financial services) is beneficial but not required
  • Growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement

Pay
