Praktikant*In (M/W/D) E-Mail Marketing, Crm & Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization seeking a marketing intern to support their email marketing, CRM, and performance marketing initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Support the promotion and execution of major marketing events, including on-site participation
• Assist in planning, writing, and implementing newsletters for new and existing customers in the email/CRM platform
• Help the performance marketing team create, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels
• Work flexibly on cross-functional projects, supporting teams where the most exciting challenges currently exist
• Maintain and review regular reports and analyses to derive data-driven action items

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in business administration, marketing, communications, or a comparable program
• Interest in online marketing; ideally some initial experience in email marketing, CRM, performance marketing, or related marketing areas
• Enjoyment of both creative work (copywriting, image selection) and analytical thinking (numbers, performance KPIs)
• Comfort with new tools and willingness to quickly learn different systems
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to solving challenges
• Self-motivation and a hands-on attitude
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg, Germany
