“AI HR Manager Program” @ VC-Backed AI Scale Ups

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential talent advisory firm, is seeking an HR Manager to join their rotational program working with VC-backed and PE-backed growth companies across Europe. In this role, you will be embedded directly within client organizations on 3–6 month project assignments, owning end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

• Own the full candidate pipeline for sales and go-to-market roles: sourcing, outreach, screening, qualification, and handover to hiring teams
• Build and run executive searches: define profiles with hiring managers, map the market, and maintain a healthy funnel of qualified candidates
• Conduct structured first-round interviews using competency frameworks and scorecards to assess fit
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing, filtering, enrichment, and outreach tools to achieve volume and precision beyond traditional methods
• Provide weekly pipeline reporting to clients, tracking conversion metrics and identifying bottlenecks
• Transition between client engagements every few months, adapting quickly to new business models and markets

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume sales roles with demonstrated output and structured process management
• Credible understanding of commercial roles: ability to assess quality in Account Executives, Sales Leads, and CRO candidates
• Fluency in both German and English at a professional level
• Comfort with technology and curiosity about AI tools; openness to modern recruiting methods rather than legacy approaches
• Ability to onboard quickly and deliver value within the first week of a new engagement
• Strong adaptability and comfort switching contexts across different companies, industries, and business models
