Customer Support Representative (M-F/Night Shift)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology company seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team on a night shift schedule (Monday through Friday). This is a remote position based in Ukraine, supporting customers in real-time across various communication channels.

Our talent team is looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced technical environments and is passionate about solving customer problems. You'll troubleshoot issues, leverage modern tools including AI, and deliver exceptional service while working aligned with US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer issues across hardware, software, and networking systems to identify root causes and drive resolution
• Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure every customer interaction is positive and productive
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions with accuracy and consistency
• Provide, maintain, and update systems to ensure optimal performance while managing multiple requests simultaneously
• Take full ownership of customer issues, following through until resolution while meeting daily and monthly performance metrics
• Continuously build technical knowledge of products, systems, and troubleshooting processes
• Leverage AI tools to support daily workflows, such as summarizing customer interactions, identifying key action items, and improving response quality
• Apply clear and structured inputs when using AI tools to generate accurate and relevant outputs

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in technical support or help desk environments
• Working knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Hardware and/or networking knowledge preferred
• Advanced English fluency required (spoken and written)
• Ability to work remotely in Ukraine and regularly work shifts aligned with US business hours (between 12:00pm-4:00am Monday through Friday)
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving tools and processes
• Patient, conscientious, and professional approach with a focus on accuracy
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a persistent, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or conversations simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI and automation tools; exposure to similar tools in a professional environment preferred
• Team-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team environment
