Affiliate Business Development Manager – MENA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading global cryptocurrency exchange in their search for an Affiliate Business Development Manager focused on the MENA region. Our client is expanding their presence across EMEA and needs a strategic partner development professional to drive affiliate growth and user acquisition through high-value relationships.

This is a remote opportunity within the EMEA region, ideal for candidates with deep connections in MENA crypto and finance communities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop affiliate partnerships with communities and networks consisting of high-net-worth clients and professional traders in MENA
• Manage and enhance relationships with HNW clients across the region, maintaining frequent contact and building strategic partnerships with influencers for user acquisition
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns in collaboration with influencers, KOLs, and media channels
• Expand the user base and grow brand awareness throughout the MENA market
• Devise creative strategies to identify potential affiliates, KOLs, and acquire new users
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance using data analysis and customer acquisition KPIs

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Solid experience in cryptocurrency, finance, FX, or related sectors with a proven track record building large affiliate networks from inception to maturity
• Demonstrated experience in business development or affiliate management roles
• Established connections in the MENA region with high-net-worth clients and professional traders
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Deep understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory

Preferred:

• Previous experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange
• Experience collaborating across time zones and with cross-cultural teams
• Genuine passion for blockchain technology and the crypto payments ecosystem
