About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential office solutions organization in Münster that provides comprehensive workplace technology and business equipment services across the region. Our talent team is seeking a Service Technician to join their technical field team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with clients, ensuring their printing and multifunction systems operate reliably. You'll be the trusted technical expert who not only fixes problems but also empowers users to work more efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission printing and multifunction systems at client sites, including network integration and complete technical setup
• Perform pre-installations and ensure proper technical configuration on-site
• Provide client training and user instruction, explaining system functions in clear, accessible language
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, restoring systems quickly while maintaining high service quality during customer interactions
• Conduct ongoing maintenance, updates, and regional support for installed systems to ensure stable operation
• Collaborate closely with sales and back-office teams to ensure technical and organizational alignment for client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients in your service area

What We're Looking For

• Completed technical apprenticeship as an Information Electronics Technician for Office Systems or comparable qualification; alternatively, career changers with solid technical understanding and genuine curiosity for electronics and IT are welcome
• Interest in technology, hands-on problem-solving skills, and enjoyment of practical work
• Experience or strong interest in printer and copier technology
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and comfort taking responsibility in client-facing situations
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
• Valid Class B driver's license required for field service assignments
• Ability to read technical documentation in English is advantageous
