Our talent team is representing a specialized insurance brokerage firm serving high-growth technology companies across Europe. This confidential client works with emerging and scaling tech ventures in deep tech, AI, robotics, fintech, and related sectors, designing flexible and globally scalable insurance solutions from seed stage through IPO and beyond.

We are seeking a (Senior) Account Manager for internal client service to join their specialized team in Planegg. In this role, you will work directly with founders and risk advisors, serving as the primary point of contact for technology clients on their insurance programs while shaping internal processes and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for technology clients, responding to inquiries, tracking deadlines, preparing documentation, and ensuring all critical details are managed
• Support preparation, processing, and follow-up of insurance tenders and proposals, maximizing value from international insurance markets
• Manage policy and contract administration with accuracy and attention to detail
• Act as the coordinating interface between clients, insurers, and international broker partners with clear, reliable communication focused on client interests
• Coordinate claims processes including deadlines, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth resolution
• Drive process improvement and quality by identifying optimization opportunities in internal workflows and implementing solutions

What We're Looking For

• Completed training as insurance and finance specialist (Kauffrau/-mann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen), degree in insurance/business, or comparable qualification
• Typically 3+ years professional experience in commercial client service within internal operations, account management, or broker/insurance environments
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple parallel projects, follow-ups, and complex tenders calmly and effectively
• Clear, professional communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a specialized team environment with genuine responsibility and exposure to fast-growing technology clients
• Interest in working with modern tools including AI-supported workflows
