About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for an Account Executive to join their growing sales organization. Our client serves tens of thousands of customers across North America, and this role is critical to their continued expansion.
As an Account Executive, you will conduct consultative virtual sales demonstrations, manage a high-volume pipeline, and help prospective customers understand how software can solve their operational challenges. You'll work collaboratively with sales development representatives and own the conversion process from qualified lead through contract closure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 3 to 5 comprehensive, 45-minute virtual product demonstrations daily with camera on
- Execute consultative sales conversations to uncover operational bottlenecks and business growth goals
- Nurture a high-volume transactional sales pipeline from initial contact through contract closure
- Coordinate closely with inbound and outbound development teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects
- Master multiple industry vertical workflows to present relevant software capabilities
- Formulate clear value propositions matching platform capabilities against prospect business needs
- Facilitate early customer onboarding to set users up for long-term platform success
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years working in inside sales required (software experience a plus)
- High school diploma required, college preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural flair for presentations
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking
- Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with healthy competition
- Good time management with strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work
- Client-focused alignment paired with an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial mindset
- High adaptability in a results-oriented environment
Schedule Requirements: Full-time (40 hours/week) with 8-hour shifts ranging between 5am–7pm local time. Ability to work at least one Saturday per month.

Pay
This role offers a compensation structure of $49,000 base salary with $70,000–$75,000 on-target earnings, plus uncapped earning potential.
